You know it's true. I'm not bashing, but Sakura would have been better as a guy. There aren't many male medical nin, so it would make her more unique. And I think we would all agree that she would be less universally hated as a guy.

Orochimaru

I think his sadistic personality and perverted thoughts about Uchiha boys would fit him better as a woman. We've already seen a bit of female Orochimaru, and it would have been better if he stayed that way. Also, shoving things down his throat wouldn't be as weird.

Hinata

Would destroy NaruHina, and Hinata blushing over Naruto every time she is shown in the manga gets quite annoying.

Madara

It would be real interesting to see Indra choose a female as his reincarnation. It would be even better to have a story where Hashirama and Madara were lovers, but as Madara fell into the Curse of Hatred, they split apart.
