First of all it's HxH and Fairy Tail.

I would say FT, since I didn't watch HxH, but by hype HxH should be better.

Well it's HxH and Fairy Tail so make sure you know the names first. I read and watched both until about 3 months ago when I couldn't take Fairy Tail anymore because of all the as spills and HxH is brilliant yet full of nonstop action

Hxh is even better than naruto and is currently on par with one piece.

HxH is one of the best Shonens to date: it has great plot, characters, ... and it takes itself seriously, also Togashi is one of the best mangakas (also according to Ohba and Obata)

FT is not what you would call a quality manga but it is very fun: it's lighthearted, fun, funny tho quite lackluster in the plot department and consistency, it too takes itself seriously but in it's case that's not always a good thing

I'd go for HxH, leave FT for when you have too much free time

Need to see: Attack on Titan, FMA: Brotherhood, Magi.

OT --> Hunter X Hunter (2011) is a lot better. However Fairy Tail is also good.

I assume you're talking about HxH and Fairy Tail. Well, HxH stomps. Fairy Tail is good too but FT is something you watch when you have alot of free time whereas HxH will make you skip chores or whatever you're doing just to watch it.
