In a fight between these two i was wondering who would win.

Totally different situation, in pein's case Jiraiya had no idea that pein has a jutsu that can repair damage and resurrect people, it was done after he walked away from pein

In danzo's case it because plainly obvious that he has some technique to revive himself over and over again, his body vanishes and reappears again

Except Jiraiya can't do that. He can only very slowly draw in Sage Chakra. That's not enough to break the Seal in time.

I see. In that case the outcome depends on the starting dostance. If it's close range Danzo blitzes. If it's far range that gives Jiraiya time to summon Gamabunta or use Toad Mouth Bind.

Come on dudes. You're acting like Jiraiya is letting Danzo grab onto him. Sasuke was reckless and pissed. Not to mention Sasuke isn't that strong so Danzo could manhandle him like he did. A kick from Sage Mode Jiraiya blinded a Pain. Jiraiya has two partners on his shoulders that are sensors. Not to mention after Danzo uses Izanagi once Jiraiya will put up a barrier like he did with Pain.

I don't see how Jiraiya loses. Danzo's only way to really win is by Juinjutsu, but I doubt Jiraiya, whose closest friend was Orochimaru, would fall prey to it.
