Intel:

For team 1:
-Full knowledge on the Sharingan, including MS.

For Itachi:
-Kabuto is the best medic.
-Kakashi has Chidori.

Scenario 2:
Part 1 Itachi gets to use Tsukuyomi. But Sharingan genjutsu is restricted.

What's the point...? Not only did you restrict Itachi's Mangekyō, but you also restricted Genjutsu. Itachi has barely shown any feats that don't involve Sharingan in Part I, while Kakashi & Kabuto possess individually a vast arsenal.

There's no way Itachi is winning scenario one. Scenario two is debatable, but that can be countered if they have intel.​

Part 1 Itachi nearly defeated Kakashi with an exploding water clone.

Kakashi couldn't read Itachi's hand signs.

Kurenai commented on how insane his jutsu speed was, he already had a water clone prepped that stabbed the Kakashi clone, despite having no prep time since Asuma and Kurenai approached.

Kakashi couldn't read itachi's hand signs but he was still able to analyze him enough to counter Itachi's attack and was able to distinguish the position of all of Itachi's clones. With the intel you gave Kakashi can canonically counter Itachi's sharingan/tsukuyomi like he did in early part 2. Part 1 3t Itachi could beat part 1 Kakashi med-high diff but he isn't beating both of them together
