Logically, she'd just do it again and would easily separate him from Naruto, or just kill him altogether, and we'd be back to square 1.
I'm not a big fan of this excuse, but it's all there is to go on. Realistically she would just repeat the process but with killing intent at Sasuke instead of just removing him.

Yeaa but sasuke already was alerted the scan before that she was doinf something, he simply failed to react. Naruto not only dodged her grasp from behind but also kaguyas bone atk from behind, it took 2 atks from simultaneous directions to catch naruto.
But realisticly, either plot, or the plan sasuke had will help them out. I know plot is a BS excuse but what else can you say after how sasuke has been doing when vs kaguya.

Oh, you mean entering her dimension like she always does....? Sasuke didn't know she could open another rift at the same time and stick her hand out. OR are you going to claim that some ninja, somewhere, through out this entire series has used anything remotely similar to that to even make someone think it were possible?

Umm yea easy question, kaguya has already shown to open a portal an appear right behind them in the previous dimension. And sasuke saw her open a new portal and gave a "!!!?" Only to be pulled right through the next moment.
Sasuke's going to get a power-up soon. It took both Hagoromo and Hamura to subdue her (I think?) and Sasuke and Naruto only have Hagoromo's power. He can't make the strongest individual character go from not wanting to kill to kill without somehow balancing it out. That's why Hagoromo's back; he's going to somehow have his chakra aid Naruto and Sasuke.
