I like how Tatsumi is actually somebody who can fight and don't need alot of training, he straight up blitzed that
Ogre for his job..But is this already the level of most Night raiders ? or are they still far above Tatsumi ?

Overall good episode I'd give it a 4/5.

The episode was good though, the next one will be too. They actually try and develop all of the characters in this series which I like.

I liked Tokyo Ghoul a lot better, I watch the 1st episode of AgK and fell asleep during the first like 10-15 mins. Stories taken place during the medieval era isn't my cup of tea I guess.

I think Agk Will never beat Tokyo Ghoul.. I'm already calling that Tokyo Ghoul is going to be the best anime of the season.

Both Tokyo Ghoul and AGK get better as they progress but AGK takes off.

In about about 2 episodes it's nothing but uphill.

AgK is 10x better than Tokyo Ghoul, at least, imo. I just can't get past EVERYONE around the main character being Ghouls. It's too convenient. Plus, I don't find their abilities that interesting. All they seem to be is mutant monsters U_U

You mean episode 1, or in the manga? Because in the manga, he's mid-tier. He can beat some characters from NR now with mid-high difficulty. Actually... yeah, he's top-tier since so many are dead and NR sucks. But I agree, the rest like Jaegers and WH stomp him.​

I said ''current Tatsumi''; as in ''current anime Tatsumi''. I'm completely aware of how strong Tatsumi in the manga is.​

As has been said already, the other's in Night Raid are waaaaay stronger than him currently. Even current him in the manga. What's really awesome in this show is that it's not always about "who has the most power" but more of "who can kill the best, fastest, and sneakiest". Ya know...assassins...altho yes, most are pretty flashy. What's really awesome are those curves!!!! Omg I don't know if I can make a post about AgK without mentioning how much I love the ladies in this manga/anime!!!! Good lord Leone, meeeeeeow! *corny, but dont care* =D Akame is the one that needs to grow a bit more tho....



back to seriousness tho.... Tatsumi will grow quickly, but wait till you see how awesome Bulat is! He's the guy in the dragon armor Incursio. He is an awesome dude *no homo* that I think Tatsumi needs to train harder so he can surpass him. If you ask me I think Tatsumi is still behind Bulat in the manga at his current level vs Bulat's prime.

No he doesn't, she can dodge all his assaults until his body is unable to withstand the teigu armor. Her CQC is better, her kenjutsu is better and unlike Tatsumi she doesn't resort to steamrolling as a tactic, more experience in battle ect.

Akame beats Tatsumi high diff only cause Akame specializes in CQC though Tatsumi's teigu is a natural counter to Akame's.
