I get it and I know that Tomoe Rinnegan is red in his left eye.

I meant his right eye where Sasuke has shown EMS. I mean Kabuto transfered Hashirama's DNA in Sasuke so he should be able to activate regular/no tomoe Rinnegan in his right eye

The former. Though I would prefer if he got his right eye upgraded to the same as his left. Asymmetrical characters don't look right.
