Lucifer was Orphaned after his parents were killed in a viscous coop against his family for reasons he did not uncover till he was of age, The orphanage he was brought to was on the outside a picture perfect home for children but what was really happening was endless torture and experiments. There Valardia was at charge for many years the children brought there were used to further their research and technology, Lucifer though only seemed to have bad luck when he entered as he was found to be a perfect test subject for "Project X". So it was, he and other children were taken through the program slowly introducing them to the Alpha soul first and training them to control it, training their minds not to break under the pressure of godly power, They were trained in the art of war it was evident that children made the best subjects as they showed extremely pleasing results until the "A.O.S" introduced into them half of them went crazy almost instantly while the other half were able to stave off the temptation but were showing signs of insanity. Fearing the worst orders came from the top to "Dispose" of them and so they did, after finishing the last of the tests they took Lucifer and the other remaining Children who were drugged to a Nuclear waste facility and did the job or so they thought, The leading Scientist of the team in charge of Project X released the children before their utter demise out of guilt he did nothing further and left them to live of their own Will and Power but before he did he told Lucifer something, Something seemed to make Lucifer withstand the thought of living in his state he escaped helping the other children but most died as they couldn't contain the insanity within them. My question for you is what do you expect me to do. I may be President but their is little I know of prophecy.
Akira: I believe the prophesy is speaking of the spheres that were recently uncovered. We know from ancient texts that these very spheres led to war in the past. A war that we are still recovering from. If another war like that happens I am afraid that we won't be able to recover from it. I am asking you to give up the spheres within your borders and agree to place them at a neutral site.
