thats what i like about naruto tho
all throughout his life he had to worry about a nine-tailed fox taking him over and he could only control kurama once he got rid of his own hatred and then kuramas.he then earned the bijuus trust which made them trust him

uchihas loose a loved one and then get stronger or they get stronger in the middle of a fight
like when sasuke gained a third tomoe fighting naruto or haku or the summit etc

And Naruto has a choice in placing the Torii Seal against like he did in Ch 538. Tailed Beast does not have infinite chakra. Juubi is the only one close to that.

Technically Naruto is not borrowing power because he doesn't plan to return their chakra. Once he uses the tail beast chakra it's gone. They have to create new chakra to replace the used chakra.

The tail beast gave Naruto their chakra to use just like the sword smith gave the swordman the sword to use.

It doesn't matter whether it alive or not. You the swordman did not create the sword. He did not create the material needed to the create the sword. The material came for the earth. The sword smith didn't even create the material he just put it together. That's how I see all power in Naruto since the manga states all power and chakra comes from the 10 tail. The differences are how they receive their powers and the type of power receive. Some are lucky enough to receive theirs through their bloodline and others through other means. They both have their advantages and disadvantages.
