The fact is that Itachi's eyes which belong to Sasuke cannot be given back. Itachi is dead. Sasuke cannot give back his brother's eyes. As a result, Itachi's eyes are Sasuke's and forever will be.



On the other hand, Naruto's borrowed power which are the tailed beasts is temporary The chakra belongs to the tailed beasts because they still exist. As a result, the chakra they are supplying Naruto can be taken back.

The shinjuu did care that humans took its chakra, that's the whole reason why it tried to absorb the chakra from the shinobi alliance when obito recreated it. Plus, why does it even matter if the shinjuu gave a damn about its chakra being taken or not, how does that = not borrowing chakra?
