It would break Hiruko but not Sasori. Its a defensive puppet for a reason.

The issue is not the rock sandwich, kitsuchi was able to blitz V2 jin there's no reason why he can't blitz sasori

Iron sand wouldn't do anything when kitsuchi summon this

Pretty much. The opponents dont know that that is not his real body. So they will break through Hiruko without realizing that they need to go through Sasori as well.

Also he can sacrifice his tail to defend against the attack.

You're not making any sense. The link I showed you ends Sasori in Hiruko. Mountain Sandwich ends Sasori in Hiroku. Lets act as if what you say is correct, that all the attack does is destroy Hiroku. Then what? Darui shoots another one. Or maybe he shoots Black Panther and fries his heart in that container. Either way, Sasori loses.

It does not matter if he does not know Sasori is inside. There intentions are to kill. He uses his strongest attack to kill Sasori. Not sure why you're arguing that.

Mountain Sandwich not working? Are you kidding me. Earth style Jutsu can be made with preexisting earth or no earth at all, like Water Style jutsu. Lots of prep? After fighting for 2 days, yes and exhausted and battered Kitsuchi needed to time to get his best technique up because I figure you are referring to when he used it on the Juubi. A virtually fresh Kitsuchi used it immediately on the Gedo Mazo against Tobi.

Won't mind getting a scratch? lel. Earth Wall, or Earth Dome from Kitsuchi stops all the needles. Kitsuchi sinks Sasori below the Earth to stop the needle attack, Kitsuchi raises him in Darui in the sky to avoid the needle attack. Darui's lightning shroud stops the needles and one shots Sasori at the same time. Darui and Kitsuchi can avoid them with their normal speed. Darui can put up Water Wall and once the needles hit it, the poison is washed from the needles and no longer effective.

--Kitsuchi can use his large scale dotons (that were even able to block the juubi for a short time) to eliminate multiple puppets of sasori at one go, as mountain sandwich can literally crush him

--Darui has more than enough speed to evade sasoris attacks,, and can use his laser circus to effectively attack puppets such as the third kazekage

--Kitsuchi can use his large scale dotons to prevent the duo from IS, which is the only real threat
