Wrong No Senju can be a Host to Kurama only a Uzumaki, Uzumaki are known as the Clan of Longevity, Senju are not. Senju came from Hagoromo. Uzumaki came from Hamura. Thats why Uzumaki blood is special and not Senju. If the Uzumaki came from the Senju why can't Senju be host to Kurama?,why do't Senju live as long as Uzumaki?

I was thinking about how hashi was a senju and an ashura, where as naruto is not a senju by name and he too is an ashura. :S

Sasuke and Madara are connected obviously, they both have sharingan, and are both Uchihas.

So what are the senju? Where are they now?
Was it a clan name for multiple families, and so maybe not a all the senju clan are senju by name?
Did the senju almost get wiped out, and so many survivors changed their name?
Or did all senju marry out of the senju family, so they are senju by blood but not name?
Was hashi the son of senju and uzumaki/namikaze(same as 4th hokage)?

These are the scenarios which I thought up which could connect naruto and hashirama to ashura.
Or does ashura just choose a person that is similar to the way he acted, irrellivant of clan or blood?

Ashura wasnt necesarily a senju, the point of the whole Hashi being ashura/naruto being ashura is that each of these characters sport the same characteristics of Ashura, and are basically born by destiny to relive the life of ashura i na different style. Its like rice....theres different ways to cook rice, but its still rice.

Naruto's still naruto, but his way of life is like ashura's/hashirama's. Hashirama's hashirama, but his way of life was like ashura, (nice man, strong, could control the beasts, cares about togetherness and peace.)

Uzumaki didnt come from hamura...-.-. Uzumakis are distant relatives of senju though.

The thing is that the Uzumaki being relatives to the Senju was well known. While people were oblivious of The Uchiha being relatives of them and they are more closely related to the Senju than the Hyuga.

First, you need to consider the context of Obito's comparison. In this arc, Obito was trying to create a conflict between Sasuke and Naruto. This is why he lied to Sasuke, and nothing proves that he did not lie to Naruto as well. In fact, Obito was lying about everything including his own identity.

Second, let assume that everything Obito said is true. How does it contradict what I said previously. Uchihas have been alone from the beginning. They are distant blood relative of the senju, yet they keep waring with the Senjus to the point that Madara gave up on the dream of the creation of Konoha. From that, my opinion is that if a clan were to be born from both Senju and Uchiha, the Uchiha will never accept that offspring clan due to their relationship with the Senju. Specifically, I even think only Hashirama revived that relationship, and coming from Madara Uchiha, he is the perfect man to speak of that clan as Senju lineage as if they were not also Uchiha lineage. Why?

Because both Senju and Uchiha are distant blood relative, yet they speak of each other has if they were not related. Because HAshirama Senju is the person who is likely to honor a blood relativeness that comes from both Senju and Uchiha.

This post was initially a joke, but it was not mere joke that you can bash with Obito's lies. Ashura being the person whose will was inherited by Hashirama, and desired an alliance with Indra can also reincarnate in a descendant of both clan. In fact, I always say that the only way for Naruto to change the Uchiha is for him to be also Uchiha - that is he is both Uchiha and Senju. Such a descendant will be the perfect mediator between these two conflicting factor.

To sum up, Madara was not a legit union of the two part of the god that was divided. This is why he couldn't reach perfect peace. However, Naruto, the perfect reunion of the two - that is an offspring of both clan can achieve that perfection, and we have been witnessing this. This is why the Uzumaki clan is till kept in mystery.

I will make a bet that the Uzumaki didn't come from Hamura (Obviously not literally gonna give you something. A + rep if you're really bothered...) Why Ashura would transmigrate into his cousins descendants is beyond me.

Hagormo and Hamura aren't Senju and Uchiha. Hamura is completely irrelevant. Hagoromo is both though.
