galactus could wave his hand and earth would be extinguished/devastated and ripe for draining.
he would not even notice itachi.
galactus usually comes in his home-ship anyway, and thus wouldnt fight the humans on earth. hed just start snacking and thats it.
he can alter his size however he wishes, or his appearance.
he once was able to recreate a destroyed planet in an illusion exactly how it was. he teleported a galaxy. and his senses are cosmic level. if he ever comes to believe itachis somehow a threat, he waves his hand and teleports him into a star.

no it doesnt. itachi was terrified of obito and akatsuki and let them massacre thousands of people. meaning he was weaker than them. galactus wouldnt even notice akatsuki.
and if yata mirror can reflect any attack why didnt itachi simply get sasuke behind it and outlast kabuto. oh right because kabutos sound based attacks go right through it.
galactus need only shift into intangible mode and walk past the shield even if it is as strong as its hyped to be, which it isnt.
show me yata blocking something impressive.

itachi stabs what he believes to be galactus. whoops totsuka cant reach that far and galactus snacks on the planet.
totsuka has no speed feats or stabbing feats that are notable. galactus could just hold out his hand and totsuka bounces off of it like the fodder blade it truly is. power cosmic overrides some puss ass sword.

black zetsu is incorrect. no one in fiction is invincible except one above all and kami tenchi.
moreover black zetsu knows full well itachi feared akatsuki and wasted ten years sitting around doing nothing as akatsuki murdered and tortured its way to power. why, if itachi could have defeated them with his oh so great powers?
also even if the weapons are invincible, itachis own body sure isnt. stall him for a good 5 minutes fighting clones, and itachi is dead.
