Character's Power:
"Black Arm" Zephyr [One Piece Film: Z] - High-tier physical abilities, Armament Haki, Battle Smasher.
Don Chinjao "The Drill" [Dressrosa Arc] - High-tier physical abilities, Armament Haki, Hasshoken.
Battlefield/Terrain: Corrida Colosseum - Daytime.
Restrictions: Both characters are bloodlusted. Chinjao starts with his "drill".
My Argument: Another interesting match-up between two high-tier One Piece characters, the former Marine Admiral known as "Black Arm" Zephyr against the legendary PIRATE with a 500,000,000 Beli bounty, Don "The Drill" Chinjao. Just like the epicness that they both displayed against Post Time-Skip Luffy, I think this fight would be amazing to see, and wouldn't call this anything less than an extreme-difficulty bout. However, the question remains, who would WIN? Both characters showed physical feats that certainly place them amongst the greatest, with being able to contend with a Gear Second Luffy, trading equal blows with him. Furthermore, both characters are known for their high destructive feats, Zephyr being able to cause massive craters without his Battle Smasher alone, whereas Chinjao was said to be able to "split continents". All in all, there has to be a winner, and I wouldn't doubt that this match could go either way, but for now I'm giving my vote to "Black Arm" Zephyr, extreme difficulty, solely because he was also shown fighting with Kizaru without a problem, managed to give Luffy a high-difficulty fight, and was shown tanking an island-busting blast (despite being rendered comatose). Still, he wouldn't defeat Chinjao easily, especially with his drill, and could potentially lose if he made even one more mistake than Chinjao.
