To top it all off Naruto combined his wind chakra with dark Kurama's chakra to create the Bijudama Rasenshuriken. I'm having a tough time seeing how Danzo takes Fuuton. The only Fuuton Danzo is the master of is the futon he sleeps on in his house. =D

Naruto hasn't "Mastered" Fuuton he simply learned how to impliment it into his boring ass rasengans.... it takes more than a few hours to MASTER an affinity and if he did MASTER it he would have an arsenal of Fuuton jutsu's except just 1 or 2

These two aren't debatable.

Onoki is the best Doton user.

Kisame is the best Suiton user.

Fuuton goes to Danzo. Naruto has the more powerful Fuuton, but he lacks variety. If we judged based on strength alone, Naruto would take the Fuuton category, the rest stay the same.
