Okay, i was re-reading some manga because i wanted to view all the cover-stories and came across an interesting find. I dunno if anyone else noticed but on chapter 645, we see a statue already built for him in Skypeia ?

Whats even more troubling is what lie he must've told them that they built him a statue XD

With this, Usopp will have 2 statues by the end of Dressrosa arc as the Tontatta's have agreed in making him one on Green Bit. I hope the new one has a different design or posture.
