Hello once again CnC is appreciated, and If you want one please ask. tell me what you think guys. I usually dont do such "fancy" looking signatures but I think they turned out okay.

Looks nice, but the outline of Obito looks horrible. (It looks like its smudged and blurred.) The outer-glow around Sasuke also ruins the blending a little.

The first one seems to contain C4Ds in the background, however I would recommend that you shy away from this to start with. Not only is it annoyingly hard at times to get right, but C4Ds are a very over-used style. (Which is why most artists these days change it up with different things.)

Yeah, I thought that looked a little funny. I've seen your avatars. Do you have any recommendations on what I could do to improve the smudging? Or just not do it at all..?

I would recommend getting a better brush for starters, perhaps a better brush setting as well. Then I would recommend you to learn a little about flow and such to understand how you should smudge a bacgkround. Then learn a little bit about depth and lighting.

1st one's backgound not really matching with render and . render is also poorly blend.

Well here is my CnC on both separated:
~Tobi - Not a very good combo in styles (smudge and C4D) and the colors aren't very good in combination. Maybe should have used the red and a color from the render.
~Sasuke - The render doesnt blend with the BG, which isn't good. And next time don't blurr it that much
~Overall - If I have to give it a grade it would be - 6/10

Here's my thoughts
In the first one, you could've added more light source around the render to make the render more clear. I like the concept, especially the way you used the smudge & blur tool.

In the second one, light source is fair enough, just not happy with the render choice.

These types of signatures aren't seen a lot these days since this style is old. GFX signatures excelled to a whole other level with the C4D placements, stocks and extra lighting additions. Also, just a tip for next time, don't use borders on signatures! Not good. ^^
