the statement was that one slash could break all creation, yet we've seen that it combined with 100% Kurama couldn't even beat shinsuusenjuu, and that it slashed multiple times against edo hashi's mokujin yet couldn't even destroy it or even cause any significant damage to the surrounding area.

Sasuke's PS might be smaller, but it's power completely dwarfs madaras with its ability to cut through those meteors.

OT: Those meteors are actually bigger than the ones Madara has summoned prior to that, due to several factors....

1. Madara was an Edo Tensei, so his power was nerfed
2. The second time around, Madara was a Jyubi Jinchuriki, therefore his power was enhanced, and you can also see the CURVE of the planet for the ones he summoned as a Jyubi Jinchuriki, obviously showing how they are much bigger than previous meteorites that were summoned/created in the series (excluding the one Hagoromo created aka the Moon)
