1st: Uchiha(They have the potential to awaken Sharingan, or Mangekyou(MS or EMS) which allows them to do some pretty BADASS shit.... which is why the Top 10 Ninja are filled with Sharingan users or Uchiha clan members)

2nd: Akimichi(With Chakra Pills and Expansion they can grow to the Gedo Mazo's Size, and become strong enough to fight Massive Beast)

3rd: Juugo's Clan(Born with Sage Mode strong enough to match the 4th Raikage's Power)

Hashirama and Tobirama are the only Praise Worthy Senju... Tsunade is Fodder... as a clan we have not seen anything awesome... but the Uchiha are OP even their fodders like Naori Uchiha are amazing.
