My argument is cutting power, not its power in general. FRS is differently stronger wind jutsu then anything Danzo posses
what do you mean 'cutting power'? If both attacks inflict their damage by cutting, and danzou's has greater cutting power, then wouldn't that make danzou's fuuton more powerful?
If you say FRS has a greater AoE and therefor is more powerful, but less concentrated than danzou's, then i'll ask why you claim such a thing and what would happen to susanoo if it was hit by a FRS?

No because, Danzo's lack range, hitbox, and AoE. So only its better in one category.
