Sasuke - His only true fighting skills and overall skills shows when fighting someone in his category, and that's Naruto.

Naruto, he can fight anyone above him and sometimes come out on top.

That being said for both of them, they are equal to each other when they fight each other.
Yes, it makes sense and is probably obvious. Though many don't care, they are blind by so called "feats"

Its gotten to a point where if a character say they can do something its a feat, no.

If Sasuke can fight Naruto equally and Naruto can just about go above his opponent (except sasuke) then they are equal.

Take deaidara vs sasuke, a fight in which it was all about tactic/strategy, be one step of your opponents < that's sasuke's way in combat, though his character when down when he gained the ms and he wasn't using to much of the things above, however he had to go Back to it, in the danzou fight, and of course chap 674 his calm and able to analyze everything, he doesn't waste time nor feels bad for an opponent basically he gets the Job done

Naruto uzumaki: yes correct, he can fight anyone in every fight he belives in himself and the people around him, and never gives up, he May not be the most inteligent ninga when it comes to strategy but he can always find away to pull himself out of the mess,his not the type to kill, he gives people a change in order to understand there reason on doing things, and tries to find a good way to end the battle without having to kill them.

they both have there abilities/feats, they each counter another. One May show more feats but the other catches up, they Grow together as Equals, and it will be like that till the end.

^ currently post. Naruto May be showing amazing feats(better than sasuke) as i stated ^ the other will soon catch up.

Main point of post: they will always be Equal.
