Even with the new rules team Uchiha still loses unless by what you say with Rinnegan feats you also mean Limbo.

If Madara had his Edo-only Rinnegan feats. the Hokage win, if it's also his feats. from when he was alive team Uchiha win.

Kyuubi won't even pose to be a problem, Hashirama can put that thing to sleep easily and Minato could simply sever Kurama from Madara, and if they're lucky, with all the hate that the Kyuubi has it will side against Madara.
If not it will obviously be put to sleep by Hashirama.

-When the Mazo is summoned, Hashirama takes it out using Myojinmon, allowing Minato to proceed to solo Obito like he did in canon.

-Tobirama, Mu, and Hiruzen can defeat Itachi and Sasuke here.

Without Perfect Susanoo, I'd be hard pressed to say that they can tank Gojo Kibakufuda. Especially when Tobirama can initiate it undetected due to Mu's invisibility, and the fact that he can split into two beings, meaning that's 2 Gojo he can use at once. If Tobirama gets close to Itachi's Susanoo, he can warp him outside of it so Hiruzen (who will be in position) can finish him by spitting an element in his face. Mu can use his invisible Gojo to destroy Sasuke's Susanoo and kill him, an attack he won't be able to prevent due to the fact that he can't see or sense Mu in anyway, and since Mu isn't using the jutsu himself, he doesn't need to become visible.

Team Hokage lose. Hashirama barely beats Madara w/ Kyuubi and comes out the fight with little chakra left. With Hashirama in that state, the rest of the Hokage don't have the firepower to beat Sasuke and Itachi, unless Minato manages to direct Bijuu Bombs back to the Uchiha, leading to the Hokage's win, although I doubt he'll be able to do that since he should be occupied in his own battle.

Edit: Didn't know Tobirama has Edo shinobi in this match-up, the Hokage should win high diff.

would have been better if you gave Madara kurama Minato bm give sasuke madara's ps feats obito with ms alone and itachi & tobirama could go either way

You don't think Obito could take on Hiruzen and Mu? The only thing Mu has against Obito is Jinton, and Kamui already canonically avoided it without breaking a sweat. The only thing Hiruzen can effectively do here is use RDS, but how is he grabbing an intangible person?

Okay the topic has changed.

New Conditions: Madara gets Kyuubi, his Rinnegan feats (wood style, preta path, meteor) but he is still living, so non edo. Obito gets Gedo Mazo but it has no beast in it and cant use the soul sucker dragon shit along with his left Rinnegan.

Hokages would still win

--Once PS+Kyuubi comes, out, Madaras base mokutons are not doing much,, and the onsalught against SS would end similar to how it did in canon with Hashirama winning, after a long long battle,

--Sasuke and Itachi are honestly dying in the crossfire between Madara and Hashirama, SS & PS+Kyuubi are far too much, as one chojo kobetsu is breaching through all their defenses and killing them,

--Myojinmon and Mokuryu can be used to restrain the GM,

--Minato or Tobirama can still take out Obito and their battle wont last long simply due to their fighting style,

--Tobirama, Minato, Muu, Hiruzen and Tsunade can take out Itachi and Sasuke then

--Meteors are non factor and wont be used simply because everyone is alive, and even if the meteors are destroyed, ,,iit would just affect the other uchihas as well
