It's one of my favorite moments because it shows Naruto's resolve, his resilience and how deeply he values the rivalry he has with Sasuke.

Even to the point that he'd berate him for his moment of weakness.

At the time, Sasuke was in fear for his life to the point where he wouldn't even save himself or his teammates.

Naruto's words empowered Sasuke and forced him to remember what he set out to do.

It's also my favorite because it shows just how strongly he felt about it. It caused his second tomoe to activate in his right eye.

My favorite part of part one was the fight with Gaara and Naruto. At the end when they were both out of chakra and Naruto was crawling on his chin. And he was crying because he understood Gaara's pain. Pretty incredible moment.

But if you think about it, both Naruto and Sasuke forced each other's growth all throughout Part 1. Without each other, they wouldn't be the same people they are today.

my fav moment in part 1 is at VoTE, where naruto's back touched the ground sasuke was in well condition. and standing. how weak naruto was compared to sasuke. "im gonna break your legs and bla bla bla!" look who was standing in the end

Nah, Sasuke's development was due to Itachi.
Nardo's development was due to Sasuke.

Thanks for this, I forgot how amazing Part 1 used to be. It would be great to see Sasuke follow down on that path and train/fight using his analytical skills instead of getting power ups which he didn't work for.
The only Sasuke fight I enjoyed after Part 1 is that with Deidara and with Danzo some parts
