Why did Itachi kill other Uchiha children?It was obvious that he spared Sasuke because he was his brother and he loved him, but once he also told him that he spared him because ''he was a kid and knew nothing about the coup that the adults were planning''(something like that).Then why not spare the other Uchiha kids too, most of them probably knew nothing about the coup?

It wasn't itachi's choice to save sasuke, Danzo made the offer to save sasuke it wasn't like itachi went up to him and was like sasuke is a child so I can't kill him it was Danzo using itachi's weakness in saying that if you don't do this we will kill him when uchiha do go through with the coup so it's better if you just kill the uchihas since that will spare your brother
