Ashura should be above Indra. KCM Minato is above Rinnegan Obito. Base Minato is above MS Obito.

And even thought it is a juts that cost him his life:

Assuming Guy lands the hit. Let's not forget Madara had intel on the 8 gates and carelessly tempted Guy to open the 8 gates. And he was enjoying himself fighting Guy. Hashirama will have enough common sense to make a wood clone and lay low.
