Look at EMS Madara vs Hashirama, in the end they where both tired, he had the Kyuubi but still he must have the chakra to control him and use his own jutsu's. And Hashirama soloed the Kyuubi, so Madara had to fight further with his own strength

Obito didn't even have enough chakra to equip two rinnegan and he has shitloads of chakra nagato had the both rinnegan for decades active at all times. nagato had pain bodies that he transferred chakra too which is a great chakra feat. he also was able to revive everyone in konoha that he killed which is crazy. bro ask anyone who reads the manga. nagato arguably has the msot base chakra.
and hashi has more chakra than naruto, minato, and about 60% kurama combined. i'll bring scans hold up..
Maybe you are right about Kushina and Mito, but still they cant battle for 24 hours and they dont have such jutsu's, lifeforce i agree, but even if they have more chakra than Hashirama and Madara they cant use it like them....Tsunade is still a no lmao
I understand what you mean in terms of utilizing large reserves for powerful techniques, both hashirama and madara mostly seem to rely on their Chakra taxing jutsu, the uzumaki are known for their Finjutsu which im sure doesn't take as much chakra as Mokuton forest and Susanoo the size of skyscrapers.
Tsunade possibly does have more chakra that madara, but I don't have a way to accurately measure hers because she has a yin seal.

The reason Madara was able to stalemate or take on Hashirama is due to his personality and the fact he wastes alot of chakra.. and the mere fact mokuton requires huge amounts of chakra.
