[Prediction/Theory] Kaguya is the ancestor/origin of everyone with a Kekkei Genkai.

I'm going out on a whim here, but I will try to explain myself to the best of my abilities.

She was the first person to use Chakra. Both of her sons inherited some of her Chakra and gained their own Kekkei Genkai. Now let's just stop there for a moment. There are only these three people with Kekkei Genkai. As we know Hagoromo shared his Ninshuu as a means of connecting and peace. He "gave" people Chakra. But I don't think it's like that necessarily. I believe that everyone had the potential for Chakra, however they just needed to "awaken" it. They had the physical aspect but lacked the spiritual side. When Hagoromo shared his Ninshu he gifted them with the spiritual side and the boost that "jump started" it.

I am saying that they lacked the spiritual side as we all know when someone runs out of Chakra they die, and people survived just fine without it before, so why would it be different now if it was completely different, and how would EVERYONE contain Chakra. It's been stated that the cause of this was people combining the physical aspect of Chakra with the spiritual side, which is what they lacked before and Hagoromo gifted them. So, Chakra was arguably just spiritual, but it became polluted and necessary for it to be both physical and spiritual. Along with this, do you truly believe that people's DNA mutated and miraculously gained the same abilities as the origin? I find it highly unlikely. Kekkei Genkai being somewhat rare also supports this point, not everyone is related to Kaguya. It's plausible for more Kekkei Genkai to emerge as the bloodline continues and enlarges, in fact I find it highly likely.

To me the whole Kekkei Genkai would be explained by Hagoromo giving them a part of the Juubi's (Kaguya's) power to be able to unlock their own chakra source.

But with that "spiritual power", also came fragments of Kaguya's own power giving birth to Kekkei Genkai. Those who were lucky enough to receive fragments of her power developed unique abilities that others wouldn't have access to.

actually, naruto also has them, you know those black balls.. behind naruto`s back ? it it said it`s made from all 5 elements. that can negate every combination of kekke genkai. the only thing it can`t it`s senjutsu jutsus. think like this. he creates a stick and hits konohamaru with it. konohamaru dies.
