If Ay has knowledge on frog song he wins high diff

3rd idk naruto would take advantage of scar but if third can somehow block his scar from getting hit id give it to 3rd high diff

current SM Naruto w/ ma and pa is on an entire different level than all the kages in this thread bar Minato and Tobirama who both can beat him with very high difficulty.

He low diffs the kazekages due to having summons that can spit ponds of oil, super strength to bust out of sand, and nukes that they can't tank.
He low difs Tsunade and Mei, FRS and vaporization being something tsunade can't heal from, having way better reactions and superior speed to her. Not sure I need an explanation for Mei.
He low-mid diffs the raikages as Ei gets killed by a rasengan variant and Sandaime gets his RnY blown off and slightly damaged by FRS which means 2 consecutive FRS ends sandaime. He's already shown the ability to hit sandaime with it, and he hits Ei isn't blitzing Naruto when he has super sensing, super strength, clones, and the ability to blind Ei. Ei eventually gets tagged by a rasengan varient while in dust cloud, frog songed, slowed down by pa's fuuton or grabbed by clones.
Oonoki and Muu get mid diffed.
Muu's invisibility won't do anything against frog song, he needs to become visible in order to use jinton, and naruto will immediately sense his location when he does so. While he attacks the real naruto a clone can end him or naruto can dodge and slice muu in half with pa's water laser. Oonoki is pretty much the same thing except naruto would have to use clones to deal with his rock clones.

Bijuu make is so Naruto can't fuse with Ma & Pa

current naruto is friendly with kurama, therefore kurama doesn't reject ma and pa's fusion.
