Kabuto is still a monster (SM, changing landscapes, multiple clan abilities) but with his new bijuu abilities and chakra pool I have to give it to Naruto.

nah. kabuto and orochimaru were even like slaves to sasuke. oro got solo'd, and ressurected by sasuke. and then oro follows every order from sasuke. and kabuto? its said that he'd been chasing sasuke's body, he never did any threatening thing to him. basically naruto and sasuke are equal. they may have different powers but they are yin and yang. so no they wont be able
