Not almost, Noah was still standing pretty fine.

I think you should re-watch the moment, the decking of the boat was cracking. Since he was stopped early that's an almost because he didn't even get to do the damage he was going to do.

The only reason I'm doubting Zoro is because yes he can slice it, but the wood from that ship isn't your average wood. It's much thicker, and way stronger than normal wood, extremely durable too. That's why Luffy was having so much trouble with it, otherwise he'd have punched through it before Hoshi stopped him.

His slashes may not go as deep as you expect them to, considering how tough that thing was built. And unless you have the string of Mihawk to make a slash go all the way through, there's no point in just having them go partially through.

Basically slicing isn't the ideal form of attack to bring down Noah, from my point of view. It takes larger, blunt attacks to do real damage.
Zoro's post-skip tornado can cut steel like fruit. I don't think there is any material on Noah's ship that could resist. Steel is harder than wood

Old thread of mine, but do you think Zoro could have cut it easier than Luffy now? I personally think so. After all, there is nothing he can't cut

Lol dat bump. I think he can do it faster than Luffy with Asura but it'll still take a long time. He wouldn't be faster than Law though.

Yup, Zoro's move impressed me that much  Law's devil fruit ignores durability. Obviously he can do it better than anyone as long as he possess the range(and his maximal range is mountain range, so yeah)
