even without those calcs and just flat out eyeballing it, it's going to be at least 100 km tall as a normal bijuudama's blast radius is much greater than a kilometer, bee and naruto's combined bijuudama was at least 10 times wider than a normal bijuudama, and

Kishimoto didn't mention how fast Naruto characters are, it's not anybody's fault to underestimate Naruto characters' speed. If Kishimoto says Naruto is mach 100, nobody will say Naruto characters are slow. From what we have seen, the upper limit of Naruto characters speed isn't too high
