Which is literally impossible since the manga explicitly states that it's recharge time is 10 years and it has not been over 9 years since shisui's death and itachi's death.


which is based on....? The MS just fading after using KA? That just means that the MS fades soon after, it doesn't mean that the MS can't be activated later.
Plus the crow was able to hold the MS for a while after using KA and almost no time had passed since shisui got his MS stolen by danzou, therefore he simply kept it activated long enough to give it to itachi.

That or kishi just had itachi activate the MS to give the audience a better visual understanding of his MS being the one that KA'd Itachi.

This is the third time you are straight up ignoring the fact that itachi absolutely could not have had KA at the time since only 9 years maximum had passed since that time and his death and therefore it wouldn't have been able to be used.

Just because you have the MS activated doesn't mean you can use the MS jutsu. We know this since the bird still held the MS for some pages after KA was used. Shisui simply held his MS for longer than the bird could, or Kishi simply showed him with his MS activated to better inform the audience.

There is absolutely positively no way itachi could have had KA at that time which is why you have been forced to straight up ignore that fact and attack things that are not even close to being necessarily true such as the MS not being able to activate ever again until KA is ready.

If we're talking about when Shisui gave it to him, then it was in a state of recharge for 10 years, making it unusable in this battle.

danzo had his eye hidden the entire time. not once scan implied otherwise or showing his eye at all!

He wanted to take out Obito at any cost, and he was planning to use Shisui's genjutsu to do it. There was absolutely no need for him to remove his bandages if he can cast genjutsu without needing eye contact. In fact, keeping the bandages on would have worked better for him if he wanted to catch Obito by surprise. Therefore, I am still not convinced he cast genjutsu without needing direct eye contact.

So essentially, you just ignored what I posted and repeated yourself. Well, it hardly matters, seeing that Shisui's eye when used with the crow needs Itachi's MS to activate KA, which means it's unusable against Nagato (besides the fact that he can simply destroy the crow with any of his offensive techniques anyways).
