If Hidan stabs himself in the eye with a toothpick and he decides to keep it in his eye, there is nothing the other person can do about it, as the constant effect from the open wound would reflect on the affected person. 3T Kakashi had troubles in CQC with Hidan, and Asuma who has a style much better suited to fighting Hidan with his trench knives eventually was cut, i see no reason why Sakura someone with much less combat experience than the two i mentioned beats him

That is beyond wrong. Hidan's scythe cannot cut anything. It literally impaled Asuma.

Did you not get my previous example. An open wound in Hidan means an open wound in Sakura. What matters is what the rod is doing to Hidan, it is hurting him as it stays in his heart, the effect will be constant, healing this doesn't make sense.
