The only difficulty I see Sakura having against Hidan is her speed and/or agility. She has the strength and intelligence to pull of a win, but being in close quarters gives Hidan the advantage.
-What she can do is fight with a Kunai to block attacks and increase her speed and agility by focusing chakra on her feet. With that I think she can win mid/high Diff

For one Sakura is purely a close range fighter which means Hidan getting blood is much easier,second she does'nt have the speed feats to stop him from hitting her with his scythe,third they are both durable but Hidan is immortal and can't be killed by conventional means.

Anyone with regeneration can beat Hidan. You counter his only tech. Its not that hard people, take off the hate glasses, it wont kill you to say something positive for once.

I'd say they're probably pretty much equal in speed given both of their feats to their respective owners. :|
