So Sasuke vs Kaguya, when is it his time to shine?

I'm truly curious, what can Sasuke actually do to Kaguya? Could he even defend himself?

Susanoo is useless, Ninjutsu is void, Genjutsu is laughable agaisnt kaguya (unless you're Naruto), his sword of solo kings is melted scrap now, and Sasuke isn't a physical powerhouse like Naruto,Sakura, or Hinata. His only option to even defend himself would be his Rinnegan shunshin/ST jutsu, but we've seen even with that he can't avoid Kaguya's perfectly manicured grasp.

I thought Kishi made them both equal, but he gave Sasuke nothing to fight Kaguya, his marking is required to get rid of Kaguya but that only makes him as important as a plot device, not an actual fighter.

Maybe Black Zetsu can separate from Kaguya and fight Sasuke, giving him sometime to shine. But then again Black Zetsu already man-handled Sasuke too.

The best thing Kishi can do to make Sasuke look good would be for her to waste all her chakra on Naruto, then Sasuke try's another sneak attack, it has to work sometime.

Or maybe Kishi has something else up his sleeve, like giving him rinnegan abilities on par with Kid-Nagato.

Spirit dragons would be cool and would fit Sasuke's style of getting techniques we only seen used once.

Kishi will make it possible for sasuke to fight kaguya. Even if it doesnt really make sense.

But he truely is useful as a support when with naruto.

Seems like wishful thinking, Sasuke doesn't have clones or taijutsu to cause a diversion like Naruto did, and with how heavily restricted his rinnegan is I doubt It could be used to fool her, maybe to avoid a single attack.

Kishi is going to have to give Sasuke something new, since Kagaya is basically only weak to taijutsu. Maybe Sasuke can get something to negate that (lol neutralizer jutsu)

It's wishful thinking to say Sasuke can outwit Kaguya when Naruto did it himself? Sasuke has always possessed ways of creating diversions besides cones and he can do the same here. The clones are Naruto's methods for openings and Sasuke has his own which mainly involve tactics with his arsenal. He also has exceptional taijutsu, not as much raw power as Naruto but his is more refined.

What can Sasuke do, tie her up with ninja wire? Place explosive tags on her? His taijutsu is irrelevant against Kaguya, did you not see those hands? The hands that slapped his susanoo down, the susanoo that was his only way of flying and attack Kaguya.

From a purely analytic standpoint you have to acknowledge, Sasuke doesn't seem cut out for this fight currently.

Agreed, Susanoo was already made irrelevant and I HIGHLY doubt that kaguya would fall for any genjutsu, sasuke is basically too squishy to fight kaguya in a 1 on 1 and has (shown) very little in his arsenal to convince me that he could survive even 1 clash with her.
