Horrible Movies

I don't know if you've noticed a trend, but one of the more popular new "genres" in the movie industry is comedies about Confident sassy women. Large confident sassy women.

The poster child for these movies is melissa mccarthy.

Essentially, these movies are to fat women as tyler perry films is to black people.

All of the punchlines are "oh ma lerdddddd that fat chick stole a pie lololololol"

I'm talking of course about brides mades, pitch perfect, that stupid movie with melissa mccarthy and sandra bullock, identity thief, and most recently, tammy.

I haven't seen ANY of these movies, but this is a scary trend in film. What can we do to stop it?

Fat shame. Melissa McCarthy is popular because women view it as acceptable to be that large. That's what "real" women look like. They don't women have always been thin. And I hate when fat chicks use Marilyn Monroe as an example. At her heaviest (140 pounds after some health issues) she was still thinner than your fat ass.
Other movies that suck: Transformers, any horror movie that a 12 year old declares as the best movie evar.
