One on One? Probably not, Sakura's a brute force kind of fighter. Looking at each individual Kunoichi:

Ino: She would probably use mind transfer just like before, Sakura would have to get close and score a hit to win, so maybe.

Hinata: Just like Sakura, she's a close combat kind of person but her attacks are more precise and do more collateral damage over time. Again, one hit may be all that Sakura needs but it has to be before Hinata pulls a quick move or two. Also we have no idea is can react faster to one another's attacks so reaction time would be key.

Tenten: She's a long range fighter and can really avoid close combat altogether.

So overall, Sakura probably could not take some of them in one on one easily, my personal opinion.

I think she has a good shot but it can go either way for some of the fights. For Ino, Sakura already broke out of Ino's body transfer jutsu in part 1 went they were equal in power, currently I think Sakura has more stats overall. Ino body transfer jutsu can only hit when the target is still so if Ino miss then her body is open for attack until she returns.

For Tenten, Sakura already showed her evasive skills against Sasori's poison needles. Tenten can have explosive tags on her weapons as well but I see Sakura noticing it and dodging in time to no be too seriously harm then healing with her yin seal as she close in the gap. Sakura also have poison kunai and sleeping gas on her as well. I think it can go either way tho since TenTen can also use weapons like spears and such if Sakura gets in close. Yin seal Sakura can destroy the ground in a wide radius and can toss huge boulders at Tenten as well.

Hinata has the byakugan which gives her great sight, I don't see Sakura winning in a straight up close combat fight, I think she would need to be more strategic. Punching the ground would make Hinata's footing messed up which hurts her gentle fist style a bit but not to seriously. Sakura can lift boulders and throw at her as well as she sets up to throw her sleeping gas. If she uses her yin seal then she can destroy the ground and if she gets in close while Hinata tries to recover from the shock of the hit then she would be left open.
