[Discussion] Should Obito call himself an Uchiha? (Spoilers)

So last chapter he said "I'm an Uchiha like Sasuke."

That doesn't seem right to me...I know he's carry the blood of the Uchiha, but he betrayed the living heck out of them:


He helped killed them off, with Itachi and collected their eyes.
Sasuke said he was going to go after him next after he kills Itachi because of that.
He failed to destroy the leaf with the N-Tail Fox. That caused the massacre in his clan.
He used Sasuke to kill Danzo (even if Sasuke wanted to kill him for what he done) to get
Just to get Shisui eyes.


He didn't even cared for his clan, why should he call himself an Uchiha?
