Could Itachi break out of Tsukuyomi ? a possible counter?

So ive been thinkin right since that tsukuyomi is a ms technique that requires eye contact to be activated & effective. But what if his reflection catches himself in his own genjutsu & that was his only flaw & nobody knew about it. But you see sense it is his genjutsu he may know the only way out of it but by then the enemy wouldve have sinced his chakra network disruption & took full advantage of it. So pretty much anybody who has water style , ice or prepped up & brought a mirror has a chance. Idk just something i thought of & wanted to share w/ the base
