Kakashi could have learned that jutsu, he used a doton wall which had dogs on it which goes along with his summons of dogs so him learning earth jutsus does have explanation for it or manga proof since he's not going to copy something that is his summon and there's no one shown with the same summon and he didn't have the Sharingan when his dad was alive if he got it from his dad. He had the Sharingan out but like I said, the dogs make it more like he learned it

Guy already said back in part 1 that chidori is the only original jutsu(by extension it's variants) everything else is copied. So try again. He got his dog summons during anbu days, and nobody but him in the leaf knows the earth wall technique. The fact that he added his own personal effects to it after copying it proves he practices using copied techniques.

And the Kakashi Itachi defeated was part1 Kakashi. Curiously you people always forget to mention it. Kakashi would have owned that clone by himself anyway

Without Sharingan, he'd be low Kage. With Sharingan (no Kamui), he'd be mid Kage. With Kamui, he'd be high Kage.
