I believe it truly is. Tobirama lost to 20 shinobis easily. I know those 20 were very elite ones.

But for Minato to kill 1000 shinobis, even if they were fodders, it's still illogical.

Both of them use Hiraishin.



So it's anime only then. Not canon.

Perhaps Tobirama never employed FTG using kunais like Minato?
