What will we do when we find aliens?

As we all know, NASA constantly beams up radio waves to outter space, hoping that one day they'll be received by some other civilization. But let's say we one day finally find out about some potential neighboors in outter space.
What will we do?

That's scientifically and mathematically incorrect. NASA has found many planets with surprising resemblance to Earth including its atmosphere, composition and its distance from its star. Mathematically, stuff like Drake's Equation (I don't remember the name of the equation, that's just a guess), mathematically prove that Earth is not really the little unique spot in the universe that we accustom ourselves to believing but instead may be one of thousands or millions of planets that bear life
