Anyone who attacks suigetsu from close range with tajitsu, ninjutsu, or kenjutsu will drown against him. If the opponent is close to him when his body liquefies, they will drown slowly. Long range is the only way to kill him. Tsunade does not have that.

Chakra reserves are irrelevant when all he needs to do is drown tsuna.

Punches are meaningless against a body that can liquefy. She can blitz all she likes. Moreover, if she does try and punch him, the water from his body will just drown her.

One punch from Tsunade will lead to suigetsu's body turning to water, then suigetsu will use that water to drown tsuna

She can paralyze him all she likes, one she attacked him once, tsuande gets drowned by the resulting water. Game over man! Game over!

I doubt Tsunade would go all out on her first punch. That's probably as strong as a normal punch from her but even so, the water will still get in front of her face

And BPD won't work since the water that is around her head is no longer a part of Suigetsu.

The link the guy posted above is the same situation. It doesn't matter if tsunade has multi-city block level striking strength compared to Juugo, he doesn't get hurt due to hydrification.

Unless the person who is drowning undoes the jutsu with something like earth style or gentle fist or preta path, they will drown.

Kabuto hit literally hit her lungs with a chakra scalpel and stated himself she shouldnt be able to move but look here she is moving. She can still breathe and move even with her lungs injured, Suigestu's attack would have the same effect but Tsunade would easily overcome it.
