What is the extent of his "teleportation" ? Can he teleport his Amaterasu ? Can he just pop up behind you with his Ps or better yet just teleport you into its slash ? Coupled with a few more of his op (I do understand the limits of Amaterasu ,and I am aware many consider it a fodder attack now) jutsu he could do some actual damage .

PS I'm aware that ps and Amaterasu got one shotted by Kaguya

PS is way larger than 70m. This means that sasuke can't really teleport his PS any significant distance.

Sasuke can teleprt targets to his PS but only if the target is within the 70m range.

But How fast can his Ps be summoned , if he teleports himself this summons his ps then initially it would be instant

Its exact distance was never stated so we don't really know. Amaterasu is honestly nothing but lighting the enemy on fire. If the enemy can easily shed appendages or absorb chakra then it is indeed ineffective. Teleporting a character onto its sword is dependent on the characters distance from the sword. @bold, was this necessary? I don't think there is anything Kaguya can't bust.
