It depends on what you consider speed. Naruto has feats that demonstrate that he is faster then sasuke in both movement and reaction time. On the other hand sasuke can teleport, which isn't technically speed but it gets him from a to b none the less. Still the last chapter suggested that naruto can still dodge sasukes porting.

I think a better comparison would be naruto= raw power, sasuke= finesse. Naruto has always been a pump out a massive Jutsu type of guy where as sasuke is more consevative and precise. At the end of the day neither is better since both have there merits. Plus chidori and rasengan cancel out anyway, so clearly they level out.

Naruto's base chakra was quite vast that's what i mean when i said "His own Uzumaki chakra"(, it was about 10 times that of Kakashi's chakra.Its the reason why Naruto can create a thousand shadow clones at once.
I too think that in terms of speed minus teleportation Naruto is much faster than Sasuke.
Speed including teleportation makes Sasuke faster..

If you read the databook, it stated that we was suitable for the shadow clone technique thanks to his stamina.

He got his moms life force and stamina, while getting his dad's great chakra and reflexes.

I can agree with this. However i think that Naruto still can't react to Sasuke's teleportation...tech.

Also it has been stated several times that base naruto chakra>> normal shinobi chakra.

Kushina's chakra was special not powerfull.

Sasuke's chakra is strong but Kurama said Sasuke's chakra was more ''sinister'' than his own...Sinister does not mean strong man.

Ya I know his base chakra is more than Kakashi

It just seems that he inherited that from his dad.

But the whole naruto pulling off a good amount of energy when fatigued or out of chakra is called stamina.

Uzamaki's have great chakra but nothing too extraordinarily ridiculous like Tobirama and Base Hashirama.

Because if you look at Karin, she is 100% uzamaki and she is not at all too impressive.

Even Orochimaru stated that Sasuke was better than her, despite her having the same chakra as kushina.

Someone can make an argument about that, so you have to include the 4th hokage in there as well.
