Everybody who is new or old but cannot understand the RP's is welcome to the thread.
The RP Guide was helpful to me but it took me a lot to understand.

First read the following guides

Now if anyone who has not understood anything can post his questions here and all the members will try to answer and help the confused persons.
I hope this thread will help.

Here are the basic things for understanding RP.
1. Increase post counts as they determine your battle ranks and the jutsus you can use.

to understand the rules of a biography.
The biography is the charecter with whom you will battle RP.

This thread isn't needed, the rules and regulations have already been posted. It is the user's fault if they do not choose to read the rules of the RP and charge straight into it.

Exactly why we need this thread to be in the top of Questions and answers thread. Everybody comes charging in here and starts asking silly questions about RP's and does not read the guides or doesn't know about it.
This thread will attract the eyes of the Newbies and their answers will be given here in this thread without much disturbance.

Um no.... We have the RP Q & A Thread stickied in Konoha Town Section which is the first section in the RPG Sections. It is common sense that anyone who is interested in RPing will take a look at the RP sections first. So its pretty much in the best possible place. One wants to RP, they go to RP Sections. This place is for asking anything about this site.

I have been a newbie till last week. When someone sees the Questions and Answers thread the go directly to it and asks questions.
I think this thread can be placed here and it will be needed.

One wants to know everything about RP? We have the RP guide at the top of this section. They want to ask questions about RP, they go to Konoha Town Section whose link is provided in the first post of the RP guide itself. The way I look at it is that when someone wants to start RPing, they come here to read the RP guide. When they start reading it, they get a detailed info about RP as almost everything possible is covered in the RP Guide.

At best I'd suggest a link to RP Q & A thread be added in the first post of RP Guide but I don't think we need another thread dedicated to RP in this section when everything about RP is available in RP Guide already.

Most do not still understand RP. The problem is this that in RP guide its the definition. We will provide them with direct examples to make them understand. We need a Q and A thread only for RP newbies not all RPers.

Newbies like me only care about the Naruto dicussion forum or the general dis. forum, I did just stumbled upon the Q&A section just now in your thread and I read it all thanks again.

Unnecessary. Just two days ago one user who was thinking of starting RPing posted in the RP Q & A Thread and all his questions were answered.

EDIT - It would be better to add RP Q & A Thread link to the first post of RP Guide instead of making a whole new thread.

TBH: This thread tends to pull attention and offers like a portal to where information would be for newbies, moreover If the mods could offer something like a heads up like this, in RP guide it could be helpful.

I dont see any use in this thread. There are Countless threads to Help with RP, Battle trainings, Elemental Interaction, Biography Format etc etc. There is even a Complete guide for RolePlay, and a RolePlay Question and Answer thread. All the above thread are Sticky Thread and are easily accessible. Any Question related to Role Play can be Directed To The RP Question and Answer thread or The new Members are always welcomed to VM a Sensei or a RP Mod/Admin to Help them. Thats what they are For. If you weren't able to find the Right threads it Doesn't mean that Everyone will have such difficulty. All this Thread contains is Simply the Links to Other thread Which is already present in the RP Guide Thread.​

The newbies do not care about the RP guides. They just get the answers by asking questions.

If you see the above quote then you can see the condition.

The newbies need a place where they can ask some questions about RP when they even do not know if there are some guides.
They see that the Q's and A's thread in the top and they start asking their doubts.

I think the MODS will be happy to use this thread as a RP questions and Answers thread in the Q's and A's thread.

I get your Point. Am just Saying that There is no Point in That. Lol. When there is Already a Question and Answer thread to Clear the RP Doubt Why is it necessary to Have another thread for the same Purpose. I can see countless Newbies asking stuffs About Bio, CJ, Ability in the RP Q&A Thread.​

So Admins and Mods delete my this thread and transfer that thread in this ones position. I just want to tell that the RP QandA thread should be in the Questions section so that it will be accessible faster by the Newbies.

That's all I wanted to say. Because I faced the same difficulties.
