Bellamy's bounty is 182 mil (or 162, I can't remember well). Dellinger fodderize him, so I see Dellinger with higher bounty than Bellamy's. And Pica, Diamate and Trebol should also have quite a higher bounties. I know that strength =/= bounty, but that's only way we can judge.

anything lower than 250m is fodder in the new world, strawhats can one shot them ex. caribou (210m bounty), pretime skip luffy (300m) current luffy would one shot pretimeskip luffy too.

i wanted to give the executives 400m+ but we gotta see more from them.

Reason I gave Monet and Trebol higher than the others was because both Trebol and Monet have been to secret locations of Doflamingos and have mainly been based there. They know a lot more about Doflamingos plans the others I think.
Trebol protecting Doflamingos key to controlling Dressrosa and the factory where fruits are shipped off to a Yonko.
Monet guarding Clown who makes the substance which is transformed into SAD.

Do you have proof of this statement ? Just because Caribou was weak doesnt mean others are....plus, caribou just got the new world (if u consider fishman island the shinsekai)

Also have you been following the cover story's? Caribou's been making big moves in the new world until X-drake beat him up. Caribou had a big bounty only because he was considered dangerous as a "marine killer" . He'd just kill marines for fun. Plus he had no haki, luffy couldnt 1- shot i bet if he caribou had at least observation & arnament haki.

he's 210m bounty doesn't matter if he had haki or not, luffy neg diffed him. pretimeskip luffy(300m due to pure strength, got 400m cuz he is dragons son and garps grandson), kid(315m), law(200m) would all get one shotted by current luffy.

Pica, Trebol and Diamante are Doffy's top man, Pekoms are far from that position.
