Healthy Itachi doesn't mean his stamina'a all that great. Part 1, 2 Tsukuyomi's and one Amaterasu and he was exhausted. Any damage Danzo takes is reversed 10 times. You think Itachi can use Tsukuyomi 10 times?? I don't see Itachi winning. Sasuke barely beat him with Susano overuse, Karin's healing, and Tobi troubling Danzo. And EMS Sasuke is a better version of Itachi.

You forgot the exploding Bunshin as well. Exhausted? That's laughable. He managed to escape with Kisame before Jiraiya could even make a move towards them. Itachi isn't retarded. Why would he think to use Tsukuyomi ten times if he sees it isn't working the first time. Not to mention he most likely knows of Izanagi seeing as he knew what Izanami was thoroughly, even noting it as the hard counter to Izanagi.

He simply barrages him with a mix of Bunshin feints and Katon. Danzo isn't the most firepower heavy fighter; it's only but so long until he runs out of time.

Sasuke was inexperienced, bloodlusted, and could barely see through his rage. Itachi, a more calm and collected fighter, would without a doubt caution himself more in terms of chakra usage; not to mention that Danzo truly has no way to take him down.

No, once he is in Izanami, he cant do anything, he cant move, cast jutsus etc.

Alrighty then. Alive Itachi = crappy ass stamina, can't spam MS techniques (He can use 4 of them at most and even that's cutting it close) and if he uses Susano he'll succumb to his illness.

Sasuke was extremely tired at the end of the fight and he kind of drawed against Danzo. They impaled each other with chakra blades, but Sasuke bit Karin and healed. It was virtually a tie, but Sasuke had help. Furthermore, Danzo said he was holding back to fight Madara. Sasuke's stamina > Itachi's stamina.

Danzo can make death or any damage taken to himself become an illusion 10 times. This means if Danzo is hit with Tsukuyomi 5 times and Amaterasu 5 times, Danzo takes it like nothing. Considering it's impossible for Itachi to spam MS that many times Itachi will be drained, and blind by the time Danzo uses his 5th Izanagi and recovers. And he takes it.

Also, Danzo is a master of seals. The seal he placed on Sasuke? Only way to overcome that is to use a complete Susano which will further drain if not kill Itachi. Not to mention, even with Susano up Danzo was already going to kill Sasuke, if not for Sasuke's quick thinking. Itachi won't have the luxury of Susano, unless he wants to die.

I really do not see Itachi winning. If by some miracle he does he'll be exhausted in the end and the seal Danzo has that activates when he dies will take Itachi out.

You make it sound so easy even though he already told Sasuke, "it's impressive you survived that" referring to Izanagi despite not knowing Danzo didn't use it once but 10 times. Danzo used Izanagi and popped out behind Sasuke without Sasuke realizing, and the only reason Danzo didn't capitalize was because of Susano. Itachi won't have that shield up, and he isn't a sensor.

Anyway, Itachi still won't be outlasting Danzo...
