Only way I've seen is forcing enough chakra to override the blockage in the chakra pathway. But your saying otherwise.

But I proved it. The massive amount of chakra continuously flows when the seal is released and it continuously repairs their damaged organs and chakra points.

Not to mention they won't just stand there and wait Neji to poke them.

That doesn't prevent gentle fist, but just unblocks the pathways which still uses yin seal chakra. Also how can the Yin seal heal a hole which has no cells?

Both people with Yin seal (Sakura and Tsunade) are close combat fighters, they're going to be around a gentle fist user and neither have speed feats to suggest that they can hit a gentle fist user unscathed in the fight.

they have more chakra than the average nin, have a huge summon which can tank shinra tensei, shown to have more tools (electricity nerve attack/senbons/poison/sleeping gas/explosion) and they can tank by themselves unlike the hyuga (see chapter 614)

As for Sakura, Neji is faster than Sakura so he can get to her before this "punch the ground" argument starts. Tsunade had 4 other kages fighting alongside of her, against one man; I would be sad if she didn't get an attack in.

The fact that Neji is faster than Sakura means nothing here. Punching the ground takes like a second.
There were no kages near her when she landed those hits on Madara.

not really for a ninja to do jutus he just be able to control chakar flow and chakar mold for exmaple for minato to use shinus or the rasengan he force the chakar to his feet so he can move fast or his hand and to do this he must some control over his chakar point remeber whe naruto and sasuke had to learn to walk up tree they had to send chakar to there feet( which mean the chakar point being open or close is noramlly not consider damage to the body )

You might want to add age as a factor,after a certain point even with the seal as you age you have to use more chakra to repair injuries of battle and aging that also cause injuries more often and thats without the jutsu to make you look young. As we get order thinks hurt us that when young we would hardily ever hurt us but they do now. Tsunade's and Sakura seals work wonders up to a point.If Sakura had fallen in the lava She would have suffer death injuries to Her body that the seal would heal but get hurt again and again if She stayed in the lava until the seal healing was used up and you die. You problem go Mad before you die from the pain and healing over and over.
