Without it Kakashi's speed from using Raikiri would cause him to have "tunnel vision" from moving so fast. So his best technique is off the table. Since he'd be fighting 2 MS Obito, and since we haven't seen him use any Jutsu after losing his Sharingan, we don't know if he can still use the techniques he copied with his Sharingan. In conclusion there isn't enough evidence to support that Kakashi has anything that can stand up to Obito with 2 MS. Sorry.

When Obito fought Kakashi he wasn't even trying. He knew that he would soon become the juubi jin so he was just fighting to mess with Kakashi's head. If he was serious he never would have taken him to his Kamui world, where ninjutsu is meaningless.
